Seiya Mitsuhashi — known online as DirtMan — is a Sapporo-based driver competing in both Dirt Trial and Rally. Racing on the snow and gravel stages that define Hokkaido competition, he represents the kind of grassroots talent that rarely gets the spotlight it deserves. As CEO of DM11 Holdings, he is also building the platform designed to change that — connecting Japanese grassroots motorsport directly to global fans and sponsors.

Highlights
2020年、ダイハツ・ミラ4WDで初めてのラリーに出場しました。インプレッサやランサーエボリューションといった本格的なラリーカーが並ぶ中、軽自動車ながら練習を重ね初優勝を果たしました。 2023年、ダイハツ・ストーリア1.3L FFでダートトライアルに挑戦。様々な苦悩と葛藤を抱えながら臨んだ大会でしたが、誰も選ばないインベタのショートカットを決断・成功させ初優勝を達成。その勢いのまま全日本優勝経験者も参戦した最終戦でも勝利し、シーズン2連勝を飾りました。 2026年、スバル・インプレッサGDBで北海道ラリー地区シリーズを制し優勝。初の全日本ダートトライアル選手権・砂川ラウンドではホンダ・シビックEK9で1本目トップタイムを記録し、総合4位で全日本デビューを果たしました。
Current Challenge
ダートトライアルでは、まだまだ自分の走りを尖りきれていない部分が多くあります。地区戦・全日本戦問わず、どんなコース・路面でもぶっちぎりのタイムを叩き出せるドライバーに、そしてそのクラスで誰よりもカッコよく速い存在になることが目標です。 ラリーではまだ2Lターボのインプレッサを完全に乗りこなせていないと感じています。グラベルの林道ステージで車と人間が完全に一体となれるよう、練習を重ねていきたいです。 そして私はドライバーであると同時に、この事業の起業家でもあります。モータースポーツ起業家として、ラリーとダートトライアルのドライバーとして、誰よりもカッコよく、誰よりも目立ち、誰よりも速く——世界中の人に「面白い」と思ってもらえる人間を目指して、これからも走り続けます。
